"How can Guy realize he is unhappy truly after one conversation with a 16 year old girl?" asked Kevin, "And isn't it creepy to find a 30 year old (I guess) hanging out with a 16 year old girl?"
When Clarisse says that she's crazy and rambles on and on, is it an act just to fool Guy? To not intimidate him, as she seems twice as smart as him. -Vincent M.
Knowing that Guy Montag is at least semi-literate I must assume that not all books are condemned to the flame as he must have had cause to learn to read. Does this mean that those responsible for the bans on books only target certain radical books and pamphlets or are they simply opposed to anything not previewed and potentially censored by them?
Does anyone in this society ever question why books are made in the first place? Why there are so many of them if they became illegal? The society seems to change history as is and no one questions it, so curious hm
